CHILDREN'S ROOM SERVICES AND PROGRAMS

An active center for children and parents. Program schedule includes story hours, reading clubs, films, crafts, creative writing, holiday and vacation programs.

                                All storytimes take place in the Children's Room. Registration for the storytime lottery will be accepted
                                on Monday, October 5 through Sunday, October 18. Additional information will be available in the next
                                newsletter.

Dolly Kern Science Collection
Science learning materials which may be borrowed from the Children's Room.
Kelly Miscall Poetry Collection
Single works and anthologies of poetry.
Parent's Bookshelf
Subjects of special concern to parents. Includes books on child development, learning disabilities, nutrition, toys, television watching.

YOUNG ADULT COLLECTIONS AND PROGRAMS

Fiction, biography, and paperback collections of special interest to young adults.

MEMBERSHIPS

Residents of the Manhasset School District may obtain a library card free of charge.  Proof of residence must be presented when applying for a library card.
