Lending Policies

Video & DVD Lending Policies, Late Fees and Standard Fees

Videos are due back by closing time of the due date. In the case of a holiday or a day on which the Library is closed, they are due back at closing time the next day the Library is open.

Loan Rules:
• Borrowers must 13 years of age or older. Borrowers of “R” rated movie videos must be 18 years of age or older.

• Direct Access users 18 years of age or older may borrow Library videos.

• The borrower is financially responsible for any video that is lost or damaged. The Library is not responsible for any damage which might be caused to the borrower’s equipment when using Library videos or DVDs.

• Full retail price will be charged for lost or damaged video games, CDs, videos or DVDs.

• For a lost Museum Pass, the charge is the replacement cost of the pass.
